Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative duties, maintain confidentiality of patients information.
- Manage the reception area, registering and assisting patients, and appointment scheduling.
- Billing and panels claims processing.
- Assist the doctor on clinical services to patients.
- Stock and inventory check.
- Cleaning
Essential Skills and Requirements:
- Able to work in a team, cheerful and friendly with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Have basic knowledge of computer skills.
- Able to learn fast and adapt into the work environment.
- SPM, Diploma, or Degree qualification.
- You have at least 1 year of experience in relevant industry.
- You have your own transportation.
